E Parcel - Australian delivery
We aim to provide to you the fastest , most efficient delivery method of our beautifully wrapped packages direct to your door.
Australian orders will be dispatched to you within 5 working days of receiving your order (provided we have your chosen skirt in stock) Please note custom made orders shall take up to 3 weeks as they need to be personalised for you.
We provide competitive shipping rates, with a Flat Rate Australia Wide Delivery of $8.00 with E
Parcel Express.
E Parcel allows us to track your parcel as each parcel carries a bar code which is tracked during the delivery process so if for some reason beyond our control, it happens to go astray, we can find it for you.
E Parcel tracking can be access at www.ausposttracking.com.au. On delivery of each parcel a signature is collected. This is done for security purposes however should you for some reason wish your parcel to be left without a signature then please let us know in the comments section at the Checkout and we will arrange this for you.
If you spend more than $150 with us, we will send your items E Parcel Express – FREE!
Most Express Post Parcels are delivered to you within 5 working days. Although some places may take a little longer. In the unlikely event your parcel is delayed in dispatch we will contact you within 48 hours to discuss with you.

As part of our personalized service we offer FREE gift wrapping with a message of your choice, direct to the recipient, (if it is gift). This service is offered to you at the checkout.
International delivery
We welcome our international friends to purchase from us. Please note that all prices are quoted in Australian dollars.
International orders received will generally be shipped within 48-72 hours. International deliveries will be via Australia Post Air Mail. Delivery can take up to 10 days depending on location. Below are our charges, but in the instance where your order is unusually large we may contact you to inform you of an extra shipping fee.

Direct Banking (in Australian Dollars)
A convenient method of payment, you can do direct deposit via the internet or over-the-counter at any ANZ bank, directly into the Gypsy Tutu bank account. Details of the account will be displayed both at during the checkout process and in your confirmation email.
Credit Card (in Australian Dollars) via Paypal
Make payments online with your Visa or MasterCard. Upon checkout, simply select the option to pay by credit card. You will be redirected to a secure-server page where you can enter your credit card information. You will then be prompted to confirm or cancel the transaction. When a transaction is successful, we will then provide you with an electronic receipt.

If you wish to exchange an item for example a purchase is a wrong size, please contact us within 7 days to ensure that this is possible. It is always best to ensure the size is right before buying so do not hesitate to contact us to check sizes before ordering. By doing this we avoid unnecessary postage costs and time delays in delivering your beautiful skirt. If you do need to return your skirt the skirt must be in original condition with tags attached and not have been worn or washed or damaged in any way.

If you order a skirt that has been specifically made for you then the item cannot be returned unless the item is faulty.
